After confirming your account and signing in for the first time, Cinqd automatically takes you to your Profile Settings page.
This is where you configure everything related to your personal workspace and communication setup, including:
- Your profile details (name, photo, email)
- Email integration (Gmail or Microsoft Outlook)
- Your email signature
- Business profile information
- Password and security settings
This guide walks you through each step using the screens you see in Cinqd.
Accessing Your Profile Settings
Step 1: Open the Profile Menu
In the top-right corner of the screen, click your profile avatar.
A dropdown menu will appear.
Step 2: Select “Profile Settings”
Click Profile Settings to open your full profile configuration page.
Update Your Personal Profile
Your Profile Settings page shows:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address
- Profile picture
Connect Your Email Provider
Cinqd allows you to connect your business email so all communication can be managed directly from the platform.
You’ll see two integration options:
Gmail
- Syncs your Gmail inbox with Cinqd
- Allows you to send and track emails from CRM, tasks, and workflows
Click Connect and complete Google’s secure authentication process.
Microsoft (Outlook / Office 365)
- Connects your Microsoft 365 or Outlook email
- Enables full email sync and sending from Cinqd
Click Connect and complete the Microsoft login approval.
Once connected, a green confirmation checkmark will appear.
You can disconnect the email at any time using the Disconnect option.
Create Your Email Signature
Below the email integration options, you’ll find the Email Signature Editor, a rich formatting tool where you can create your professional signature.
You can:
- Add your name, role, and company details
- Format text (bold, italic, underline, alignment)
- Add bullet points
- Insert hyperlinks
- Upload images (such as your company logo)
When you’re done, Save the changes.
Step 1: Open the Branches tab
Once saved, your signature is applied to all outgoing emails automatically.
