Sign Up

Follow this step-by-step guide to create your Cinqd account, verify your email, and complete your registration.

Step 1: Open the Cinqd Website and Click “Sign-up”

• Go to the Cinqd homepage.
• In the top-right corner, click Sign-up. 

This will take you to the account creation page.

Step 2: Fill Out the Create Account Form

On the Create Account screen, enter:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email Address

• Password (must meet all security criteria)

• Repeat Password

Once all fields turn valid (green), the Create Account button becomes active.

You may also choose:

• Continue with Microsoft

• Continue with Google

But in this tutorial, we proceed with the manual signup.

Step 3: Click “Create Account”

After entering your details, click:

Create Account
Cinqd will now send a verification email to the address you provided. 

Step 4: Check Your Email for the Confirmation Message

You will see an on-screen message:
“Please, open your email and confirm your account.” 
If you do not receive an email, you can click Resend.

Step 5: Open the Activation Email

In your inbox, look for an email titled:
“Activate Account – Confirm Email Request” 
Inside the email, click the verification link:
“Please click here to activate your account” 
This confirms your identity and activates your new Cinqd account.

Step 6: Account Successfully Confirmed

After clicking the activation link, a confirmation screen appears:
“Your account has been successfully confirmed.” 
Click Login to continue.

Step 7: Log in to Your New Cinqd Account

Enter:

• The email you registered with
• Your password

Then click Login. 
You can also use Microsoft or Google login if preferred.

Step 8: Complete Your Registration Details

The first time you log in, Cinqd will ask you to complete your registration.
You must provide:

• Business name
• Company type (choose from the dropdown)

Once the details are filled, click: Confirm 
This finalises your organisation setup inside Cinqd.

Step 9: You’re In! Welcome to Cinqd

After confirming your business details, you are automatically redirected to:
Profile Settings → Emails 
Here you can:
You must provide:

• View your profile information
• Connect Gmail or Microsoft email
• Set up your email signature

Your Cinqd account is now fully active and ready to use.
